How to request deletion

1. Email us at info@technocraftsolutions.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the following details in your email: registered name, registered email, and (if applicable) WhatsApp number used on our platform.
3. We will verify your identity and confirm the request by email.

Processing time

After verification, we will delete your data from active systems within 7 business days. Some data may remain in backups or logs for a limited time due to operational or legal retention requirements; such copies will be securely deleted according to our retention policies.

Exceptions

Certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business reasons (e.g., billing records, legal claims).
